This website is a demonstration built and operated by LegacyForgeAI LLC to show what a modern site could look like for Pooch N Purr. It is hosted on Vercel. Any information you submit here is received by LegacyForgeAI LLC, which passes it along to Pooch N Purr so your request can be handled. What we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit plus limited automatic usage data described below. If you message the assistant on this site, we collect the details you provide. That is typically your name, your phone number, your pet's name and breed, and the times that work for a call back.

We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate, privacy-friendly usage statistics (for example, which pages are viewed). It is designed not to identify individual visitors, and we don't use it for advertising. We do not collect payment or credit-card information anywhere on this site.

The AI assistant

The chat assistant on this site is an automated AI, not a live person. It answers questions and helps you request a call back. Your messages are processed by third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic and xAI) to generate replies, and the details you leave are delivered through LegacyForgeAI LLC's systems to Pooch N Purr.

The phone number on this site is Pooch N Purr's own line. Calling it reaches the salon, not an AI.

The assistant gives general information to help you. It does not provide veterinary, professional, or binding advice, it does not quote prices, and it cannot confirm an appointment. Appointments are only set when Pooch N Purr confirms with you by phone.

How we use your information

We use what you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and set up your call back. By providing your phone number you agree that Pooch N Purr (and LegacyForgeAI LLC, as the site operator) may contact you by phone, text, or email about your specific request. We don't use your number for marketing lists, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with Pooch N Purr (so your request reaches them) and with the service providers that make this site work: hosting (Vercel), the AI providers noted above, and LegacyForgeAI LLC's own messaging systems. We do not share it with anyone else.

Photos on this site

The dog portraits on this site come from Pooch N Purr's public Facebook page, where the salon shares its seasonal go-home photos. If your dog appears here and you would like a photo taken down, call the salon at (605) 331-2004 or email sales@legacyforgeai.com and we will remove it.

Keeping it safe & your choices

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request, and we limit who can access it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just email sales@legacyforgeai.com. If you'd rather not use the assistant, you can always reach Pooch N Purr by phone instead.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a denial. Email sales@legacyforgeai.com to exercise these rights; we will not discriminate against you for doing so. We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records, then delete or de-identify it.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging services. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
